Our aim is to be the leading provider of high-quality cannabis flower and CBD products to South Africa and the world.

alkmi, a division of Hempvest which provides end consumers with high quality, third party tested, GMP manufactured products.

Our proven capability to consistently produce A-Grade products has now enabled us to confidently offer turn-key solutions for firms that wish to enter the cannabis product’s market.

From supplying Hemp CBD flower (CBD 13-20%) to CBD extract; Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum or Isolate.

As one of the few SAHPRA permit holders, we have quickly positioned ourselves as one of the leaders and the first to premium cannabis and produce quality Full Spectrum Extract and CBD products in South Africa.
We are developing a fully compliant global GAP / GMP cultivation facility, certified to cultivate premium quality cannabis and high CBD hemp.
Our nursery produces seedlings & clones, cultivating premier cannabis plants. We envisage harvesting up over 50,000 cannabis plants across multiple strains p.a.
With our partners, Hempvest™ will produce crude, refine it into a highly purified concentrate using a best- in-class extraction technologies and processes.

Hempvest™ is vertically integrated and this business model is incredibly important to us and our customer, as it allows us to control three key factors in the supply chain: quality, production, and cost.

We have full visibility of our production throughput and anticipated yields at any given point in time, so we can effectively manage the supply and availability of our products. This ensures our clients will always get consistent quality products when they need it. Further, it allows us to adapt to the changing needs of the market and respond to our customers’ needs.

Since we can move product from cultivation to processing to wholesale or retail, we are in full control of our cost structure. We eliminate any unnecessary costs that add little to no value to the supply chain. This is why Hempvest is able to deliver the best quality products at the most affordable prices.
